Kudos hair rules

We would like to inform you of our terms and conditions.

Cancellation or no-show Policy

We understand that sometimes you may have have to cancel or change your appointment. Please give at least 48 hrs notice,  otherwise a  cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your service will be charged. It is very difficult to fill appointments at short notice.

If you need to cancel, please call us at the salon. Please don't text, email or message on social media. At times late cancellations are unavoidable and our discretion will be applied.

Deposits

We require a deposit of 50% when booking a technical service  appointment. The deposit will be fully refunded if cancelled before 48 hrs or transferred to a rescheduled appointment.

PRICE

When booking an appointment please ask for a price quote for the service that you will be undertaking. There will be an additional long hair charge for technical service  that require extra time and products.

Skin Test & Consultation

A skin test is required 48 hrs prior to your colour services, this will be carried out during your consultation. During the consultation we will analyse and discuss your expectations from us and your maintenance routine. We recommend using our professional range of hair products to maintain your hair between appointments.

Colour services can not be carried out on those under the age of 16. 

ACCOMPANIMENT 

We have limited waiting area, we kindly ask you not to bring friends, family and children to your appointments. we appreciate your cooperation in keeping the salon a calm and tranquil place. 

RETURNS

We do not give refunds on Olaplex, Moroccanoil , Framesi and GHDs
